Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 
  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
  • For International orders please reach out to us at care@itibygoodearth.com and a brand representative will help fulfil the order requirement.
  • We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
  • Deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • Orders are not eligible for cancellations, returns, exchange, refunds or credit note. However, if you face any issues such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please write to us at care@itibygoodearth.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting product images. We will be happy to issue a credit note or refund in such cases.
  • In the event of delivery failure due to the customer's unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery, Ruar Himalya Pvt Ltd assumes no responsibility for refunds or additional charges for re-attempted delivery. The order will be considered abandoned by the courier company.
  • All orders are processed from our warehouse in Ballabhgarh, Haryana, India.

 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY
  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

 

MODES OF PAYMENT
  • For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
  • American Express credit cards may not be accepted for some transactions, due to some technical issue with our payment partners. However, American Express card transactions can be routed through PayPal accounts.
  • Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.
